Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of our artists and clients, we require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, which will be applied toward the final service.
